KNOW YOUR WORTH

On the 1st of March, YER gave us a very interesting workshop on salary negotiation! In this workshop we learned about the right things to say during an interview and during the negotiation stage at your new job. Besides learning about negotiation on our salary, YER also told us about the additional benefits that are negotiable when signing your new contract. It was a very exciting workshop and we definitely succeeded in ‘knowing our worth’!
